"Consult felt a bit rushed"
Signing up was easy, but the provider consult felt rushed to me. I asked a couple of questions and the answers were short, so it kind of made me feel like they weren’t really digging into my situation. If this is how the consults usually go, I’d say they could spend a little more time with people.

I’ve ordered from agelessrx.com a few times now, and it’s been really smooth every time. The orders have arrived when expected, nothing has been missing, and the tracking actually updates like it should. My last order shipped right on schedule and was packed well when it got here. A friend had recommended them to me originally, and I can see why. Reliable fulfillment is really all I’m looking for, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

My order showed up sooner than I thought it would — always a nice surprise. The tracking was decent — not perfect though, it could definitely update a little more clearly along the way.
"Definitely not enough help with side effects"
After I started, I got side effects and felt totally on my own. Support did reply, but it was basically the most generic advice ever, like just wait it out and do the obvious stuff. I stopped because I genuinely had no idea what was normal and what wasn’t, and I’m absolutely sure I wasn’t getting the guidance I needed...

"Prescription approval was quick and easy"
Getting my prescription approved through AgelessRx was simple. I just answered the health questions, uploaded the stuff they needed, and waited for a provider to take a look.
I heard back sooner than I expected, and the whole thing was literally straightforward. There weren’t any confusing steps or annoying back-and-forth, so overall it went really smoothly.

"Scheduling was super easy"
Booking my appointment on Ageless RX was really simple and didn’t take much time at all. I did have to click around a bit to find a time that worked for me, but overall it was smooth. The reminder email came through just fine too. I’m giving 4 stars because there weren’t a ton of open slots, but the process itself was easy.

"Not sure I trust it when there’s no human to talk to"
The whole thing felt a little sketchy to me. What bothered me most was that there didn’t seem to be any real person I could reach out to if I had questions or something went wrong. It’s hard to feel confident using a service when everything feels automated and there’s no human contact at all.

I actually learned a lot here, and the info was easy to understand. i’m kind of mad this wasn’t explained this clearly anywhere else before, would’ve saved me a lot of time and frustration.

I liked the idea of the service, but yeah... the subscription billing wasn’t super clear to me. I didn’t really realize when the next charge was going to hit, so it was kind of annoying to figure out after the fact. They did respond when I reached out, which I appreciated, but I just wish the costs and billing timing were more upfront.

I’ve been taking the medication for a few weeks now, i do feel like it’s starting to help. Ordering was easy too, which was nice. No major issues so far, just glad the whole process has been simple and that it actually seems to be working for me

The messages were easy to understand, and they did explain things clearly once they got back to me. That said, the replies were slower than I expected, and I felt a little misled about how quick or smooth the communication would be. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wish the timing had been more upfront.

I had a little hiccup at first with my pharmacy getting the order, but AgelessRx support stepped in and helped get it handled quickly. They actually followed up with me, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have to keep chasing people down. Once they coordinated with the pharmacy, everything felt easy. Overall, it was a good experience, and that’s the kind of support you hope for, right?

"Decent site, just a little clunky in spots"
I thought the website was easy to use at first. I was able to find the main information without much trouble, and the pages loaded fine for me, so that part was nice.
Some sections did feel a bit busy, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected to figure out what to do next. The forms were mostly fine too, just a little unclear in a couple spots, though nothing too frustrating.
Overall, it gets the job done, but I think it could be a bit simpler and smoother. It’s not a bad site by any means, just more of an average experience for me.

"Packaging was frustrating"
My order did show up on time, which was nice, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was dented, and everything inside looked like it had just been tossed in without much care. The product itself seems okay, but I had to spend extra time checking it over to make sure nothing was damaged, which was annoying. For the price, I really expected it to be packed better.

Support did get back to me, but it took a few days. I’ll admit I’m a bit impatient when it comes to customer service, so the wait felt longer than I would’ve liked, but they did eventually respond.
